Claiming Service for late and cancelled UK trains

TrainClaimer takes away all that stress, meaning you spend even less time dealing with your commute.
We put the claim in on your behalf, and all you need to do is send us a photo of your ticket, and choose the train you were supposed to be on from our list.
And that's it.
No more complicated form-filling, no more trying to find an obscure piece of information about your ticket, no more cross-referencing a timetable for detailed information.
✔ You upload your ticket.
✔ We complete all the information from it and keep it in your Ticket Manager ready for any future claims for journeys made on the same ticket.
✔ If your claim is valid, we'll submit it to the train operator on your behalf. If it's not, we'll let you know why.
✔ We'll forward any relevant emails the train company sends about your claim.
✔ If the train company accepts, you'll get your compensation paid directly to you.
Which companies are covered?
While we have data for every train company in the UK, a handful of operators do not accept claims from third parties.
Therefore we are currently unable to process claims on your behalf for GTR companies or Virgin Trains.
However, we do offer an email service for these companies which is free for subscribers. You submit your claim and ticket/pass in the normal way, and we'll issue an email to you detailing exactly how to complete the train company's compensation form yourself.
