When you claim through us, 100% of the refund goes back to you; we don't take a single penny of it.
You'll have full control of where the money goes. Choose from any of the following options when you're setting up your account:
- Bank account via BACS
- Vouchers or cheque via post
Please note that it can take up to 28 days for a train company to approve your claim. They're also able to take up to another 14 days to make payment from that date. We'll keep you up to date via email every step of the way so you're not left in the dark.
Note: Not all Train Operating Companies offer all options as repayment methods. In the case where your chosen repayment method is not available we will use an alternative method if you have the information completed. Otherwise, we will ask for National Rail vouchers to be sent to your home address. These can be redeemed against the ticket cost of any UK rail journey, or in some cases can be exchanged for cash at ticket offices.
